The story is about a mysterious young girl who was subjected to a series of government experiments; this triggered a cosmic shock wave that gifted many girls with mystical powers. The girl has escaped and is bent on vengeance towards the entire world.
A group of brave girls pair up in teams in order to confront this evil threat as well as test their new powers against other female fighters.
